He brings to consultancy projects a logical mind and excellent commercial skills allied to a detailed understanding of how technology is impacting on the broader marketplace. His main experience has been in implementing CRM and browser based technologies, and recent successful projects include pricing management projects in Continental Tyres, client profiling and targeting in WH Smith and a single view of multiple databases and CRM implementation in Toni&Guy. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds their post graduate Diploma in Marketing.
He has thirty years experience as a business owner, Director and business unit manager in UK based and pan European businesses. A strong record of building and disposing of his own SME business’ since 1993, his experience of growing flexible business units into tight profit focused teams has proven valuable on a number of projects, both short and long term, in blue chip and SME businesses.Wayne is a database marketing specialist with twelve years experience of selling and managing implementations of web and PC based CRM, MIS and supply chain management systems. He specializes in scoping and managing complex data management installations, usually involving a single view of multiple legacy database systems.
He has also led a number of cultural change projects in the legal industry, producing a snapshot view of fee earners understanding of the current business situation and what the future in the firm should look like. This has proven to improve both the successful implementation of knowledge technology and acceptance through the business of business process change. His experience in growing flexible business units into tight profit focused teams has proven valuable on a number of projects, both short and long term, in blue chip and SME businesses.
