JONATHAN HARRISON

Jonathan Harrison makes your projects run on time and within budget. He is our Asia and outsourcing expert, with a track record of improving cash flow by reducing operating costs and utilizing a strong network of partners in Asia and the Middle East. His experience falls in two major areas, helping UK companies develop a presence in Asia or helping UK companies drive value and reduce costs by outsourcing areas of the business abroad.

Jonathan has a track record over 30 years of leading both small through to complex business change projects nationally and globally, where he allies his experience to his formal qualifications in Prince2 project delivery methodologies.

Jonathan also works closely with UKTi and other agencies to win grants and maximise the government resources available to support a successful business. He has had articles published in various professional magazines and newspapers and is a consummate public speaker at industry seminars or delivering workshops. 

Jonathan was a senior manager at OneTel/Carphone Warehouse, Cable and Wireless and British Telecom where he specialized in tendering, complex project negotiation and the delivery of unified ICT and telecoms contracts to reduce business infrastructure costs.  Clients Jonathan has worked with range from Ministry of Justice, Carbon Trust, Marsh & Mclennan, Deutsche Bank to smaller family businesses.
