HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

We are happy to work in whatever way is most appropriate to your business challenge. Although we try to minimise the time you need us for, Contracts may be short and sharp or longer term. We have the specialist resources for anything from a couple of days and we’re done, to a retainer over a period of time, to full time five days a week management on site of a project to a defined delivery date.
Using external consultants can often be an intimate relationship which has to be built up over time as trust is developed. Our consultancy work usually starts with us agreeing some “quick wins” that can be delivered in a short period of time so we can get to know each other. This is whether your challenge relates to human elements of business systems management, or technology consultancy around database management or development issues. As an example, we may simply be required to assess the viable tool options in the marketplace for your specific need, or to review your sales team targeting and incentive methodologies.
- This often means a capped cost for a short project on specific work for a period of time which is frequently just a few days. That may be all we are ever required for.
However, it may be that we are engaged on commercial change projects. This may involve (or may not) involve your teams in new ways of working, and established behavioural patterns can take a while to change. If we like each other and build a relationship, often we are engaged for a few days a month over a longer period to work regularly with your teams to deliver improved performance.
This would be on an agreed day rate for a contracted amount of days over an agreed amount of months, and our rates then reflect the commitment made on both sides.
Implementing new technology Business management systems can be extremely time consuming for your staff who have other jobs to do. We have also provided expert full time project management delivery working on a contracted basis for a number of months.
To give you an accurate assessment of what is needed we need to talk.
