We passionately believe all elements of business activity should be targeted and monitored. Your investment has to be seen to work for you. Part of the structure of every account we work on is a set of agreed goals and measures by which WCA will be judged. Repeat business is our goal, so transparency is important to us for the work we agree to undertake, so on longer term projects we drive regular reviews of our performance against those goals so you can see where value is being added to your organisation.

We consider it important that we are technology agnostic, providing independent advice on what is most appropriate for your business. You would expect us to have a wide knowledge of the range of technology and project tool functionality available in the marketplace, but we deliberately do not sell any specific technology systems so we can provide an unbiased perspective on the best way to drive business improvement in your specific business by using technology. However, we have intimate experience of a range of Java web based business application tools to automate sales and marketing processes or provide a single view of multiple legacy databases. If you ask we will put you in touch with the appropriate vendors.
Although we have specialist skills we don’t claim to know everything about everything. We have a range of close relationships with trusted Associate partner specialists when appropriate. Of course we agree with you the most relevant resource for your problem, but you have the security of WCA remaining your single point of contact at all times and your single invoicing source.
